Die Katastrophenschutzübung „<b>Magnitude</b> 2024“ ist ein partnerschaftliches Projekt der EU, bei dem Einsatzkräfte vom 24. – 26. Oktober 2024 ein Erdbeben der Stärke 6,9 im Großraum Karlsruhe (Baden-Württeemberg) geübt haben. <br>Die Schwerpunkte waren dabei: Die Lokalisierung und Rettung verschütteter Personen.<br>Das Team des <b>ASBÖ SA-RRT</b> war mit zwei Wasseraufbereitungsanlagen an der Übung beteiligt um die Bevölkerung mit Trinkwasser zu versorgen.<br>Die Anreise ins Übungsgebiet erfolgte von Wien über das THW Stuttgart ins Übungebiet, wo mit dem Aufbau der Anlage sofort begonnen wurde.<br>Von der Feuerwehr Mosbach wurde täglich mehrmals Trinkwasser abgeholt. Auch die örtliche Bevölkerung konnte sich Trinkwasser mit Kanistern abholen.<br>Es muß erwähnt werden, daß die <b>Feuerwehr Mosbach</b> mit zehn Mann / Frau, nach Ende der Übung, dem <b>SA-RRT beim Abbau der Trinkwasseranlage tatkräftig unterstützt</b> hat. <br><b>Vielen Dank für die Unterstützung.</b><br>Am Abend des 26.10.2024 gab es dann nach Übungsende eine feierliche Veranstaltung mit allen Teams, Trainern, EU Beobachtern, etc., in der Landesfeuerwehrschule in Bruchsaal.<br><br>The “Magnitude 2024” civil protection exercise is an EU partnership project in which emergency services practiced a magnitude 6.9 earthquake in the greater Karlsruhe area (Baden-Württemberg) from October 24 - 26, 2024.<br>The focus was on locating and rescuing trapped people.<br>The ASBÖ SA-RRT team was involved in the exercise with two water treatment plants to supply the population with drinking water.<br>The team traveled to the exercise area from Vienna via THW Stuttgart, where they immediately began setting up the system.<br>Drinking water was collected several times a day by the Mosbach fire department. The local population was also able to collect drinking water in canisters.<br>It should be mentioned that the <b>Mosbach fire department</b> actively <b>supported the SA-RRT with ten men/women in dismantling the drinking water system</b> at the end of the exercise.<br><b>Many thanks for their support</b>.<br>On the evening of October 26, 2024, after the end of the exercise, there was a festive event with all teams, trainers, EU observers, etc., at the State Fire Brigade School in Bruchsaal.<br>
