V jedinečném prostředí Laser Show Hall brněnského Boby centra vyvrcholil finálový galavečer již sedmého ročníku soutěže Dívka a Princezna České republiky 2016. Soutěž, která nese podtitul "Hledáme sympatickou sportující slečnu" se od ostatních soutěží krásy liší tím, že se do ní mohou přihlásit aktivní sportovkyně, ale i dívky, pro které je sport a pohyb přirozenou součástí jejich života. Na finálovém galavečeru se v průběhu večera představilo celkem osm dívek a šest princezen. Svůj sen stát se Dívkou České republiky 2016 si splnila Dominika Girethová, na druhém místě se umístila Kateřina Havlíková a na třetím místě skončila Natálie Pilná. Titul Dívka České republiky Sympatie si odnesla Nikola Dorková. V kategorii Princezna České republiky, kde soutěžily dívky ve věku sedm až devět let, si korunku pro vítězku odnesla Barbora Hošková, druhou Princeznou České republiky se stala Aneta Bedrnová a třetí Klaudie Hynek. Princeznou České republiky Sympatie pak Sára Matochová.
