<b>Bratislava</b><br>Slovenská metropole je jedním z nejmladších i nejmenších hlavních měst. Navíc je jediným hlavním městem na světě, která hraničí hned se dvěmi sousedními zeměmi - s Rakouskem a Maďarskem. <br>Město se rozkládá na obou březích Dunaje, který svou majestátností vytváří kouzelné panorama. Historické jádro města je poměrně malé a rozkládá se na levém břehu Dunaje. <br>Historie Bratislavy je úzce spjata s historií Uher. Velký nárůst jejího významu pro celé Uherské království však přišel spolu s vpádem Osmanů do Uher. Když Budín padl, důležité instituce tak musely být přesunuty právě do Bratislavy a ta se tedy stala hlavním městem království. Korunováno zde bylo několik králů a sídlil tu také ostřihomský arcibiskup.<br><br><br><br>
