Dne 12.01.2018 se uskutečnil již 3. ročník Novoročního policejního běžeckého krosu. V letošním roce byla trať tentokrát o délce 5,5 km. Opět byla plná nástrah, které připravilo počasí. Trať vedla po polních a lesních cestách, případně byla značena v lese individuálně s množstvím stoupání a klesání. Závodu se účastnilo celkem 15 závodníků. V nejrychlejším čase 00:25:57 zvítězil Pavel Horný. Na druhém místě byl s časem 00:34:37 Jan Kuchař a na třetím místě byl s časem 00:36:17 Jiří Havránek. V ženské kategorii byla na prvním místě s časem 00:42:01 Pavlína Jordanova. Na druhém místě byla s časem 00:42:16 Věra Rablová a na třetím místě s časem 00:44:29 byla Miroslava Benková. Všem vítezům pořadatelé gratulují a těší se na další již 4. ročník tohoto tradičního závodu.
