Cesta roku 2006 byla opravdu velkým dobrodružstvím. Přes vádí Zem Zem a Hamada al Hamra k Erg Ubari, rozsáhlé přesypy, které jsme chtěli projet napříč skutečně off road. A projeli jsme je. K legendárním jezerům jsme se dostali ze severu, pak pokračovali na jih do Ghatu, k pohoří Akakus a opět průjezd dunami, tentokrát Idehan Murzuk, nejvražednější přesypy celé Sahary. Odtud pak na východ přes Murzuk a Zuillu (stále off road) ke kráteru Waw en namus. To ale až přístě... Viz druhá část.
