and hand spun wool by authentic master rug weavers.
Until we have the rugs ready to export to buyers special steps
are taken to manufacture the best quality rugs.
Our manufacturing steps began by buying the best quality of
undyed hand-spun wool yarn from Ghazni
(a southern province in Afghanistan, near the border of Pakistan),
which is famous for its high quality sheep hand spun wool yarn.
Then a special pre-wash, followed by the dying
of yarn by natural herbal ingredients in all desired colors,
and preparation of graphic blue printing of all designs for
distribution to the master adult weavers.
After weaving, rugs are ready for washing, shearing, dusting, and stretching.
Ultimately, the process is finalized through
a quality inspection by our professional team and,
successively, the rugs are ready to be exported
