Toto místo, tedy pohořelické náměstí, patří mezi nejvytíženější prostory, co se akcí Střediska volného času Pohořelice týče. Od dob naší existence tu proběhlo opravdu mnoho akcí pro děti, mládež a širokou veřejnost. Prostor před kostelem od nepaměti patřil a stále bezpochyby patří k mikulášské nadílce. Rozsvěcený strom, horký punč a setkání s přáteli před Vánocemi si již málokdo z nás dokáže v Pohořelicích představit. Pamětníci si jistě i nyní vybaví ohňostroj, který pár let zpátky z věže našeho kostela kouzlil dětem radost na tváři. Před více než deseti lety jsme zde slavili také Mezinárodního den dětí či si připomínali tradice prostřednictvím živého Betlému. Díky skvělým a moderním prostorům jsme mohli v Komunitním centru Pfann uspořádat například akci Velikonoční zajíček. Toto místo je centrem pro společná setkávání v rámci mnoha našich akcí a doufáme, že bude i nadále.<br>
