In the 1990s I met the designer Martina Knauf from Erlangen. At that time, she was fascinated by the discarded waste materials that were lying on the rubbish dumps at the Nuremberg factories. Martina's enthusiasm to make models and handbags out of them and then to photograph them rubbed off on me and later on the models. We had no idea that after the photo shoot they would be scratched by protruding wires and plastic castings. Photographed on 42 x 55 mm format, scanned, not digitally edited. V 90. letech minulého století jsem se seznámil s designérkou Martinou Knauf z Erlangenu. Tehdy ji fascinovaly odložené odpady z materiálů, které se válely na smetištích u norimberských továren. Nadšení Martiny, utvořit z nich modely a designové kabelky a následně je vyfotit se přeneslo i na mě a později i na modelky. To jsme ještě netušili, že budou po focení poškrábány od vyčnívajících drátků a odlitků z plastu. Fotografováno na formát 42 x 55 mm, naskenováno, digitálně neupraveno.
