Typisch für die Nachkriegszeit: Um mehr Platz für das Auto zu schaffen, wurden ab den 1950er Jahren Fußgänger*innen in den Untergrund verbannt. Die Unterführung an der Einmündung der Fünffensterstraße in die Frankfurter Straße ist ein gutes Beispiel für die fehlgeleitete Stadtplanung dieser Zeit. Dabei entstand eine Tristesse, die auch durch die bunten Fliesen nicht schöner wird, aber immerhin bietet der nachts beleuchtete Tunnel Sicherheit im Straßenverkehr.<br><br><a target="_blank" Black" target="_blank">href="https://documenta-fifteen.de/lumbung-member-kuenstlerinnen/black-quantum-futurism/">Black Quantum Futurism</a> aus Philadelphia, die sich als „interdisziplinäre kreative Praxis“ verstehen, bespielen die Röhren der Unterführung mit einer Soundinstallation und haben einen Raum eingerichtet, in dem Besucher*innen Sprachnachrichten hinterlassen können.<br><br>Text: offizielle Seite der documenta fifteen (<a target="_blank" https://documenta-fifteen.de/ausstellungsorte/)
