Direkt neben der documenta-Halle hat das Kollektiv Britto Arts Trust aus Bangladescht eine Freiluftküche in der Mitte eines Gartens aufgebaut – zum gemeinsam Kochen. Die Künstlerin Tayeba Lipi zeigt uns den Palan, einen bengalischen Gemüsegarten. In der Mitte thront unter Schirmen aus hellem Geflecht die Küche. «In den ländlichen Gebieten in Bangladesch gibt es das Konzept eines Wohnzimmers gar nicht», erklärt Tayeba Lipi: «Die Familie hält sich dort auf, wo gekocht wird – also in der Küche.» Auf der documenta organisiert das Kollektiv darum eine «Pak Gho», eine soziale Küche. Menschen aus 100 Nationen kochen an den 100 Tagen der Kunstausstellung gemeinsam ihre Lieblingsgerichte.<br><br>Fotos: Hans Jürgen Groß<br>
