Dnes bol pre mojich anjelikov z tretieho ročníka základnej školy jeden z veľkých dní. O desiatej hodine sme sa zišli pod kostolom v pastoračnej miestnosti, aby mi cez náročnú skúšku ukázali čo v nich je. Ako sa pripravili na prvé sväté prijímanie. Vedeli, že som prísny a preto na skúške excelovali. Z ich odpoveďami som bol spokojný. Všetci náročnú skúšku urobili na jednotku a nezaostávali za nimi ani ich rodičia. Blahoželám. Preto som pre nich dnes vymyslel malý výlet k hrobu neznámeho vojaka. Pán prezident dnes bol tak isto na hroboch padlých vojakov a to od Dukly, Svidníka, Lipt. Mikuláša cez B. Bystricu a Zvolen na Slavín. Povedal povzbudzujúce slova tým, ktorí dnes budú na cintoríne a bude tam hrob padnutého vojaka za našu slobodu, aby mu zapálili sviečku na počesť úcty a vďaky. My máme na Grúni tiež pozostatky padnutého vojaka a tak z úcty k 70.výročiu oslobodenia od fašizmu sme sa s tretiačikmi popoludní vybrali k tomuto hrobu. Keď sme sa stretli pred farou, čuduj sa svete, každé dieťa malo sviecu a hoci som nekázal. Bol to pekný, ale náročný výlet. Oplatilo sa. Bol aj pekný deň. Na vojenskom cintoríne v L. Mikuláši je pochovaný aj môj starý otec. Česť pamiatke všetkým hrdinom, ktorí padli v nezmyselných vojnách.<br>
