<b>Blegny Mine</b><br>Die Blegny-Mine war ein Steinkohlebergwerk, das bis 1980 in Betrieb war. Der moderne Teil des Bergwerks kann besichtigt werden, wobei es per Förderkorb in 30 und 60 Meter Tiefe geht.<br><br>Weil ich wenig Lust auf eine lange Führung habe, bei der ich nicht viel von der Sprache verstehe und der Eintrittspreis recht hoch ist, bleibe ich über der Erde und schaue mir das Gelände an.<br><br>Im hinteren Bereich des Geländes steht eine ältere Schachtanlage, die sich separat besichtigen lässt. Das Gebäude diente nach au der neueren Schachtanlage noch aus Technikbau zur Belüftung und Druckluftversorgung des Bergwerks.<br>Die Menge an großen Kompressoren ist beachtlich.<br><br>Auf dem Rückweg gibt es dann noch die dringend notwendige Autowäsche.<br>Die Handwäsche für 12 Euro ist eigentlich ein Schnäppchen, allerdings sind die Jungs mit dem Hochdruckreiniger so gründlich, dass der Pollenfilter nass wird und nach der Wäsche sämtliche Scheiben von innen beschlagen.<br>
