Our campervan journey continued south along the coast to Exmouth, our base to see sunset at the Vlamingh Head Lighthouse and to visit the Cape Range NP. We travelled as far down to Yardie Creek Gorge before returning to Exmouth. Next stop was Coral Bay where we did some snorkelling, took a few underwater photos of fish, turtle & coral but the wind cut our plans short. On way to Carnarvon, stopped at Quobba blow holes and nearby pink lakes with its beta Carotene facility. At Carnarvon, saw the Dawsons Burrowing Bee, the now closed 1 mile jetty, the Tramway bridge and bones of a large Whale. During this part of the trip, we saw a range of birds, including emu, spoonbills, herons, Nankeen Kestrel & Buff-banded Rail.
