Leaving the coast, we drove into the Southern Forests of WA, renown for it's Karri trees. Our route included Nannup, Balingup, Greenbushes, Bridgetown to Manjimup. At Manjimup visited the Timber & Heritage Park (has historic timber mill machinery), The King Jarrah tree & walk, One Tree Bridge & the Four Aces walk & the Diamond Tree with fire watchtower atop. En-route visited The Flood Tree & Kondil Wildflower Park (Nannup), Wrights Bridge, Schwenke's Dam and viewed a Lithium mine at Greenbushes. Birds photographed: Red-tailed Black-Cockatoo, Common Bronzewing, Western Rosella, White-breasted Robin, Grey Fantail & Western Whistler.
