Path of the Gods (Sentiero degli Dei) is one of Italy's most picturesque hiking routes along the Amalfi Coast. We began with the bus from Amalfi that snakes its way up into the hills to the small village of Bomerano where we started the hike . The path took us along a ridge of the Lattari with magnificent views of the coast. At Nocelle we descended 1,700 steps to Arienzo and then along the coastal road to Positano town centre. Our return journey by ferry from Positano to Amalfi gave another view of the Amalfi coast from the water.
