Cestou po Liberecké ulici těžko přehlédnout, že rekonstrukce ještě na jaře značně zpustlé Ruské vily spěje nezadržitelně ke svému cíli. Co z ulice není vidět jsou interiéry, ale i tam práce postoupily hodně daleko, jak můžete vidět na našich fotografiích.
Obzvlášť působivé jsou sklepní prostory vily. Při rekonstrukci byly citlivě zachovány kamenné zdi, které spolu se sněhově bílými klenbami utváří osobitý suterén, s jakým se může chlubit málokterý objekt.
V bytech a na chodbách přízemí a prvního patra se provádí dokončovací práce, nejméně je prozatím hotovo v podkroví. Tam proti původnímu záměru vzniká jeden prostorný byt.
Zájem o bydlení v Ruské vile je veliký a už teď je jisté, že všechny zájemce objekt po svém dokončení z kapacitních důvodů bohužel neuspokojí.
