Naše město přivítalo hosty z Vinnycké oblasti na Ukrajině. V rámci svého studijního pobytu v Libereckém kraji zavítala delegace složená z vedoucích představitelů oblasti, ve které nechyběl ani guvernér Valeriy Koroviy, vysocí úředníci a starostové měst i do Hrádku nad Nisou.
V České republice se hosté seznamují s tuzemským fungováním orgánů samosprávy, jejich organizační strukturou, financováním, sestavováním rozpočtu, regionálním rozvojem, investičními projekty a sociální infrastrukturou.
Hrádek nad Nisou dostal za úkol presentovat své výsledky v oblasti regionálního rozvoje, realizace investičních projektů financovaných z fondů EU a sociální infrastruktury. Tohoto úkolu se v multifunkčním sále Brány Trojzemí ujal starosta města Josef Horinka. V krátkosti s pomocí projekce provedl hosty naším městem a aby nezůstalo jen u fotografií, po skončení presentace si delegace mohla prohlédnout i některá zmíněná místa. Opravené Horní náměstí s morovým sloupem, multifunkční budovu Brány Trojzemí s rodící se knihovnou, cestou k hranicím obnovený podstávkový dům Koník se sousedící přestěhovanou kapličkou. Hrádecký program byl zakončen zastávkou na Trojzemí a rozloučením na Kristýně.
