Nedočkavé vyhlížení Vánoc právě začalo. Na Hrádeckém Horním náměstí byl rozsvícen symbolický strom - mohutný a krásný, tak, jako každý rok. Letos je jeho výzdoba opět bohatší a i jeho samotné rozsvícení, předznamenané tradičním odpočítáváním, v tomto roce pořadatelé ozvláštnili hvězdou sestupující z radnice.
Pravda, počasí se letos úplně nevyvedlo, přesto alespoň v okamžiku, kdy se stovky světélek na stromě rozzářily, bylo náměstí téměř zaplněné.
Hvězdu stromu pravidelně doprovází adventní trh, kde mimo tradičních výrobků a dobrot naleznete i charitativní stánek Ostrova života zaměřený na pomoc nemocným spoluobčanům a ve vestibulu radnice sbírku Azylu Pes ve prospěch zvířat v nouzi.
Chráněný před deštěm a větrem proběhl za zdmi Brány Trojzemí zároveň v pořadí již 3. rukodělný trh se spoustou něžných drobností.
