V sobotu 14. května proběhla již tradiční Krajská soutěž ve vyprošťování osob z havarovaných vozidel, která je určená pro Jednotky sborů dobrovolných hasičů obcí předurčených pro řešení dopravních nehod. Tuto soutěž organizuje Město Frýdlant ve spolupráci s Hasičských záchranným sborem Libereckého kraje. Letošního 6. ročníku se zúčastnilo celkem pět soutěžních týmů a vítězi se stali hasiči z Lomnice nad Popelkou před svými kolegy ze Železného Brodu a Frýdlantu. Čtvrtí byli hasiči z Rokytnice nad Jizerou a Jabloneckých Pasek.<br>
