Aj tento rok sa stretli obyvatelia našej obce v posledný aprílový deň, v utorok 30. 4. 2024, v priestoroch pred obecným úradom na tradičnom stavaní mája, ktoré pripravilo Obecné zastupiteľstvo, pracovníci Obecného úradu, členovia DHZ Hladovka, členky Červeného kríža a starosta Obce Hladovka. O dobrú náladu sa svojou muzikou a spevom postarala naša mladá goralská muzika a mladé speváčky Detského folklórneho súboru Goral a speváčky Folklórneho súboru Jeľešňa, ktoré sa sa najskôr postarali o výzdobu samotného mája. Obec pripravila pre všetkých prítomných aj malé občerstvenie.<br>
