Nanhai Movie and TV Town, which is often referred to as "the Hollywood of China", is one of the four films and television shooting bases operating directly under CCTV. It was the filming site of many famous TV series, including Romance of the Three Kingdoms. As a filming base, it combines different styles' architectures, including a solemn palace, Chinese folk houses as well as foreign buildings. In addition, the area boasts fresh air and blue sky as it is an unpolluted area in the Pearl River Delta.
