Také v letošním školním roce pokračuje úspěšný projekt “Dílny”, ve kterém naši školu navštíví žáci osmých a devátých ročníků vybraných základních škol. Během prohlídky odborných učeben a laboratoří naší školy získají lepší představu o náplni výuky, usnadní jim tak rozhodování při výběru střední školy. V praktické části exkurze si mohou vyzkoušet obsluhovat některé stroje a přístroje, nebo si sestaví jednoduchý funkční elektronický obvod, který si následně odnesou domů.
