Dne 28.6.2017 se v rámci udržitelnosti projektu “Přírodovědné a technické vzdělávání Ústeckého kraje“ uskutečnila s žáky třídy E3 odborná exkurze do nejmodernější tepelné elektrárny Tušimice II. skupiny ČEZ, a.s. V průběhu exkurze byli žáci formou přednášky seznámeni s historií a technologií elektrárny. Následovala prohlídka výrobních prostor, při které se studenti prakticky seznámili s postupem výroby elektrické energie v tepelné elektrárně a jejím vlivem na životní prostředí. Díky vysoké profesionalitě provázejících pracovníků se žáci dozvěděli informace, které uplatní při výuce odborných předmětů nebo při volbě dalšího studia.
