Koncem roku proběhlo dokončení rekonstrukce prostor v dílně KOVO. Jedná se zejména o svařovnu a kovárnu, kde letos téměř po celý rok probíhaly opravy a modernizace zařízení. Mimo malířských a drobných stavebních úprav proběhla i modernizace v oblasti svařování. Jedná se především o nákup zařízení a doplňků pro svařování různými metodami (TIG, MMA a ‘‘ CO2 ‘‘). Došlo i na vybavení nových ochranných pomůcek jako jsou rukavice, zástěry a svařovací kukly. Vybavení se podařilo zajistit realizací etapového projektu od společnosti United Energy. Dalším posunem je nákup mobilního odsávání svářecího dýmu, které opět zajistí lepší podmínky při pracovní činnosti. V tomto období finalizujeme nákup indukčního ohřevu, který nahradí starší způsob ohřevu ocelového materiálu. Toto vše by mělo vést k bezpečné a efektivní výuce. Veškeré nové technologie budou začleněny v následujícím školním roce (2019/20) do výuky.<br>
