Das DB Werk Bremen-Sebaldsbrück gehört zum Deutsche Bahn-Tochterunternehmen DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung GmbH. Es liegt an der Eisenbahnstrecke Bremen–Hannover (Streckennummer 1740).
Hauptgeschäftsfeld des Werkes ist der Bereich der Instandhaltung von Dieselmotoren für Triebfahrzeuge. Zudem werden Lokomotiven repariert und Radsätze hergestellt.
In der ersten Jahreshälfte 2008 wurden Befürchtungen laut, dass das Werk geschlossen werden solle. Hintergrund war die geplante Vergabe der Leistungen der Regio-S-Bahn Bremen/Niedersachsen an die NordWestBahn. Jetzt plant die DB, die Radsatzfertigung zu schließen und auf andere Werke aufzuteilen. Im Werk waren 2008 etwa 600 Personen beschäftigt.
